A Cold War-era museum in Culver City featuring European & Soviet Union artifacts & history archives.

The Wende Museum (pronounced “venda” / German for “turning point”) holds one of the largest collections of art and artifacts from the Cold War era (1945– 1991). Some of the collection is on view at the museum as well as online. The entire collection is accessible by appointment for research by scholars, students, journalists, artists and others interested. The Museum’s programming, including exhibitions, events, conferences, coursework, film series, etc. is offered locally and at partner institutions throughout the US and Europe.

Admission and parking are both free, but require a timed-entry reservation; tickets available here.
